I offer Process Work or Process oriented Psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I work in person in Norfolk and Suffolk, or online anywhere.
I use Process Work techniques to work with trauma, grief, addictions, relationship difficulties and much more. I help you find your path of heart, your individual truth, your authentic self. I believe we are not broken just sometimes stuck.

Therapy is lower cost as I am still in training. Prices are £35 per 1 hour session. I also offer some session at reduced rates if you are in financial hardship. Just get in touch!
There may be a room hire cost if in person though I am happy to come to your home if you prefer.
