Creative Group Workshops

I run a number of workshops with my husband Stuart Paterson. The workshops use a combination of Processwork, Story telling, comic creating and other creative techniques to explore individual and groups life Myths. They are aimed at every age group and can be tailored towards different groups such as corporate wellbeing, events and team building.

Essential Sequential Creative Workshops

Essential Sequential is an Unincorporated Association providing not-for-profit activities and services for hard to reach individuals and organisations working with them. 

Essential Sequential provides enthralling and informative Comic creation and Life Myth workshops and activities tailored for virtually any age, ability or level of geekiness!
